I've seen just the pilot, the summary/mash-up episode for newbs that aired a few weeks ago, and bits and pieces of the last two episodes. It's a good show but I don't think I'll sit down and watch it regularly. I'm like that with most tv these days - been more of a sampler lately.

Lol. Female is to bunny as male is to donkey. I like my time on the treadmill but I haven't been on it regularly in the last few weeks.
I'm stuck waiting for my car and really hoping I can get to the gym tonight. After upping my full body sessions to two per week I've been experiencing newb gains where I want them. For the longest time I've only been getting in one day of heavier weights per week. It's just been working out that way... I'm also planning to take a capoeira and a dance class, but the first capoeira session was cancelled last night due to bad weather.
Aaaaand my car is ready.

Where is BK at. I did 100lb BB bench press for reps today. Got out 40. I would like to ask for a week or so for a redo. I hit chest heavy yesterday (first time in a while) and am dying today. I got under the 100lb BB to rep out this morning and 5reps in my chest was on fire and I knew I was in trouble lol. Brad give me a week or so I know I can smash 40 when fresh!Only a life lived for others, is a life worthwhile.

I hears that man. I bought a 5 day gym membership cause it was on sale for like 80% off and I have nothing to do Monday or Tuesdays. I'm going to start playing hockey on those days.
Ran my first mile today in like 3 years. Gonna start running a mile before every workout and increase speed by 0.1 each time.
