are those moore's numbers? If so its VERY skewed by the calorie deficit that he has been in (the couple weeks of messing around dont count) and that looks normal for someone in his position. Calorie deficit is the most important thing that needs to be taken care of first, then worrying about the numbers after a test at the endocrinologist's when in a surplus.

moore, have you talked with Dmac? He was diagnosed with low t and is working to get it back up. I think he is on some sort of trt, but it would at least be somebody that you can talk to about it to see what has worked for him.

Also, he has continually lifted even though it may not be the end all solution.

The body is VERY much still growing and maturing at 19. I would hate to see you forced into something later, because of a choice now. HPTA shut down does not seem like a fun thing and HAVING to be on TRT for life doesn't sound all that fun.
