It did look super real....also thought it was weird there were no marks on the baby or at least stuffing coming out of his jacket from where the talons grasped him. I've seen an eagle grab a goat and drag it off of a cliff though so definitely thought it could be possible...

Going good so far...luckily my man and I want the same thing for Christmas so we're ordering this: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...0&shopFor=true . Makes it so much easier that he's into being fit too. Nice cheap gift that we'll both like, won't use Christmas as an excuse to waste money. Saving feels good.

Glad it's not no trouble for you. It's always really stressful for me because my family is so hard to shop for. Last year it was so bad I almost donated all the money to charity (OxFam emergency toilets, lol http://www.oxfamamericaunwrapped.com...ergency-toilet )

to the OP.... IF meaning intermittent fasting? That's interesting... you think it helps lose fat while preserving it in the boobs?
Is that from personal experience?
I would be interested if IF has an affect on estrogen levels.

across a spectrum....
lower reps=more strength, more CNS/motor unit recruitment, myofibrillar hypertrophy
higher reps=less strength, less CNS/motor unit recruitment, sarcoplasmic hypertrophy
You cannot have one without the other, but at one end there will be less of one than the other. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Quick cliffs of the data on the points being discussed on fiber and motor unit recruitment. Recruitment of all available and upperthreshold fibers can be done in several ways.
Intensity - loads of 90% intensity or more recruit all fibers on every single rep.
Hypertrophy rep ranges - loads of 70-80% instensity usually recruit all motor units once the initial fatigue sets in by rep 5-6, so any set taken within a couple reps of reaching failure with these loads will recruit all motor units
Metabolic fatigue - using weights below 70% but using high reps and several sets to exhaust metabolic pathways and lower threshold fibers so that upper threshold fibers must be used to move the weight (GVT works off this method)
Dynamic effort work - light weight being accelerated for very high bar speed (standard powerlifting speed work for example) recruits all motor units and available fibers on most or all reps.
There is no scientific data showing conclusively that you can chage the ratio of sarcoplasmic to myofibrillar hypertrophy that you are genetically prone to through training style.
