I think it was because I had too much caffeine. I had 4 cups of coffee and then 2 scoops of super pump with is equivalent to another 2 scoops of coffee plus a half scoop of razor8 which is close to another cup of coffee.
Never again.

On leg days im pretty glad I work out at home, cant be a pretty sight when im lying on the floor next to the bench nearly in tears after doing a heavy set of leg curls or step ups etc. when pushing to the max.
Dat quad burn is such a nasty thing

You can also alter foot position. Generally a higher foot position will get you working more into hip extension (glute/ham) and a mid/lower foot position on the platform will get more quad emphasis. Neither is wrong or right, Just depends on what you really want to kill that day.

Deadlifts nonstop today...so many reps..felt so awesome...definitely digging the higher rep scheme for dl's. banged out a few sets of 225 at 12reps, then a few sets at 240 for 10 reps.
did my usual back stuff, horizontal rows, bentover rows, pullup/chinups, shrugs, bicep kurlz/tricep ext, leg lifts..... but when I hit my lower back extensions after I was basically done working out.....oh my.
lower back pump of peace. felt like i was walking around with a 2x4 strapped to my back.
post workout was 1lb of steak, 2 cups milk & tacos.www.grazethesky.com
