The science mumbo jumbo part of it: Yohimbine acts upon the adrenergic receptor system of fat cells, which regulate thermogenesis. It basiclys makes you able to mobilizes the stubborn fat deposits as cnh said, does little effect on actual burning fat (gotta do that yourself by cardio etc.) but it supposedly helps get rid of fat in those hard to drop places that has high alpha receptors (blocks fat mobilization) but lets beta receptors do their work (boosts fat mobilization), like lower back and gut for men , hip/butt/thigh etc. for women. The initial heart rate increase (usually first 2 weeks) can boost metabolism slightly.

As for the effect of it the studies are not that numerous or great, for me i'd say it worked but if its down to low bf other places or the yohimbine is a unanswered question.

It is not a stack that you take continuously like ec. From what I've read, you only take it in a fasted state, ~30 min before LISS cardio. Any sort of raise in insulin will counteract the effectiveness of the y, hence taking it in a fasted state.

0.2 mg/kg bodyweight taken with caffeine 30-60 minutes before fasted cardio. So a 70 kg (154 lb) individual would take 14 mg. Since the pills are only available in 2.5 mg doses, the individuals would take 6 of them, getting 15 mg total.

Hmm the pills I got are 5mg, maybe they are allowed larger doses on prescription yohimbine, think ill have to order it abroad next time if its that cheap (10 dollar) cost me like 60 dollars at the pharmacy here.

Q: I bought a herbal form of yohimbe that says it contains 1200 mg which is 10X what you say I should be taking. What's going on?

Of that 1200 mg bark, only a small percentage is actually yohimbine. So if it were standardized to 0.2% yohimbe alkaloids, each pill would contain 1200 mg * 0.002 = 2.4 mg active ingredient.

Lasidrate Delivery Blend: 55mg
-Troxerutin (as Sophpra japonica)
-Inositol hexaphosphate
-Cnidium monnieri extract (seed)
-Black pepper extract (fruit)
Yohimacore Yohimbine Blend: 4.5mg
-Methyl 17 alpha-hydroxy-yohiman-16alpha-carboxylat… hydrochloride

So seems to only be 4.5mg of actual yohimbine per serving.

I'm normally polite and pretend to be interested in what they are saying but I feel like just telling them to f**k off. Why can't they have good names like Pepsi Max.

Worst person to be around when cutting, she probably ate same calories for lunch as I did for a whole day while cutting. And then eat dinner,chocolate my baking etc. when she comes home while gulping it down with regular coca cola. Seriously do not understand how she dont get fat, she dont exercise much (if any apart from in the bedroom) and is Lazy!
And whenever she has been eating ALOT when I was cutting I always tried to catch her on the scale with it going up, but no... either goes down or stays the same. Made me want to scream at her when I was at the end of cutting working my ass off trying to shred the fat, while she just sits there binging

much appreciated zink.... I take 2 servings a day but it looks like it is still under the amount for my body weight. oh well Hydroxycut is worth it just for the appetite suppression and energy alone I guess.
