Unfortunately my Thyroid blood work is normal.
My T4 is low end, T3 medium, but by no means Hypo. TSH 1.8 which is like .4 over average I think so marginally slower.
Time to celebrate with 4 burgers and a McFlurry BradKemp style.

no, but you can build good legs with the leg press machine with getting max range of motion. Zero reason to squat if you want to build up your legs but still a good exercise since it works the back, legs and recruits sooo many motor units. Leg extensions wont really hit the sartorius or rectus femoris like the other exercises will and may possibly cause imbalances in the quadriceps. Hack squat machine is also a good one as are dumbbell lunges.
If you want to get bigger calves screw seated and just do standing, this is from a perspective of just getting it bigger since seated hits the soleus way more than gastrocnemius. Use the smith machine for standing calf press. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

I actually don't really have any. Last ones I have are probably two years old and I have put on a good amount of size since then. Slowly coming back down after winter bulk, maybe snap some newer pics once BF gets a bit lower.
Don't sweat it. I have been lifting for years and gaining strength on deads has been a goal for a while. Keep at it and you will get up there.
y u mad though? This the internet, I thought E-stats were mandatory?
Have vid of 455 pulls unfortunately I forgot my spoon to include in the vid so it might not even really be me.
The "good" part is the key. I have seen MANY trainers that couldn't do a proper pull and watching them get a client setup was even more scary.
Always better to play it safe. I did 135 for a LONG time. Not that I didnt have more strength but because I wanted to hammer down form. If you can take a vid I'd be happy to offer critiques.
I have you on weight, but I am more impressed by your lift. To me its more impressive to see a smaller guy pulling more weight then a massive guy, or a guy doing big weights but using assistance.Only a life lived for others, is a life worthwhile.

Yohimbine HCL doesn't have side effects for me; I've taken 12.5mg before.
I'm apparently the Anxiety guy and Yohimbine HCL is said to make it worse but it didn't.
All while you have 200 pound guys thinking they're dying on 2.5mg lol.Last edited by moore93; 01-11-2013 at 03:42 AM.

Always thought Yohimbine was bro-science. Aware me on what kind to try, plz. Does brand matter? Stuff looks cheap from what I'm finding. $10 plus shipping for 90 capsules.
EDIT: Serp, ty for the giant 4-incher left in my CP via BellyBuster (BradKemp) It was much needed/appreciated.*LF Chat Crew

The science mumbo jumbo part of it: Yohimbine acts upon the adrenergic receptor system of fat cells, which regulate thermogenesis. The beta-subunits of the adrenergic receptors (targets of Ephedrine) can be seen as stimulatory for fat loss as they increase the activity of the enzyme Adenyl Cyclase and subsequently cAMP levels (mainly via the b1 and b2 subunits; with b3 being less active in humans).[67][68] The alpha-subunits are more suppressive of fat metabolism, in which their activation reduces activity of Adenyl Cyclase and reduces cAMP levels (specifically alpha-2). Yohimbine is a selective alpha-2 adrenergic receptor antagonist (inactivator) which inhibits activation of the suppressive set of receptors and preserves Adenyl Cyclase activity and the effects mediated via the beta receptors.
It basiclys makes you able to mobilizes the stubborn fat deposits as cnh said, does little effect on actual burning fat (gotta do that yourself by cardio etc.) but it supposedly helps get rid of fat in those hard to drop places that has high alpha receptors (blocks fat mobilization) but lets beta receptors do their work (boosts fat mobilization), like lower back and gut for men , hip/butt/thigh etc. for women. The initial heart rate increase (usually first 2 weeks) can boost metabolism slightly.
As for the effect of it the studies are not that numerous or great, for me i'd say it worked but if its down to low bf other places or the yohimbine is a unanswered question.
http://examine.com/supplements/Yohimbine/ has a somewhat detailed look into it.
