Ha! Wrote a very basic game Engine in OpenGL about a decade ago, when I was in my undergrad. Oh those were the good old days.
I pretty much learned from NeHe's OpenGL tutorial online than from anywhere else. Books are great, but hands on coding beats all.
I started w/ Liberty basic lol. openware tutorial ftw . hands on coding is also way more fun and interesting.

It's not supposed to be dead in here when I am eating dinner.
Moore hasn't talked about the compounds he suspects his fellow gym members are on in quite some time. I don't know when BradKemp last bragged about another mile on the treadmill.
Learning python & maybe Bottle.py web framework to create a hot-tub server using raspberrypi ARM computer.
I plan to use it to control the hot-tubs temps, blower, jets along with deck lights & give me web control with my cell phone so I can tell it to start heating up should I need it when I get home.

Most projects I play with are 20+ files with about 15k+ lines of Assembly/C/C++. Want to rip my eyes out sometimes. Never played with anything other than assem, c, and c++. All I can do is flash some leds...no cool games for me

I should learn c/c++.
I've attempted multiple times. The last time I actually completed the "hello world" example.
I'm learning to cross compile stuff to work on ARM.
Python is made for code-tards like myself and I kind of understand the tutorials i'm reading.

I'd have to make so much money to enjoy sitting behind a desk all day looking at a screen...
Ive recently considered switching professions to LE, but taking a pay cut of ~50% is just something i cant justify now. Starting salary for le in my area is pretty terrible.

You would have to pay me so much money to get shot @. Even the possibility of being shot @. Props to you, Ammex. Cops aren't paid what they're worth. No thx Jeff LOL

I make like 100k a year here with basically no cost of living. American LEs are grossly underpaid. Fun fact: I dropped out of my computer science degree because I had an epiphany about sitting behind a desk all day. I'm not necessarily advocating LE, but I just couldn't imagine doing something that's not at least slightly active and dynamic.

Gloves (for wrist wraps, I'm cheap and got them for free, so no complaints), straps, belt, log book, charger for mp3 player (no idea why it's in there, but it is), a bunch of shakers, preworkout, lock that I never use, a small amount of protein powder (I keep like 4 scoops in there in case I forget to prep my powders before I leave), some taurine, and an extra set of workout clothes in case I don't have mine in my car when I go to the gym.

just took a course on python. pretty cool but you can't make standalone projects within the ide which i don't like since I like developing stuff and packaging it as my own. i know there is a way but meh.
c++ is what i code in primarily. i hate assembly.

My gym is the kind of gym where the owner constantly has really loud music playing anyway so I have no control over what I listen to. It's normally Pendulum or something like that though.
On another note, weighed in at 240lbs this morning. Dat water weight.
My daily pill organizer, PWO, belt, non marking chalk, talenti container full of whey, workout clothes/shoes, camp towel, deodorant, headphones, and liquid bandaids.

Lol...thats just for working out. I listen to different genres depending on what I'm doing. It's hard to skip rope to a non rap song. The constant high hat helps my feet keep tempo.
