Seriously felt like I was going to have a heart-attack first time I took yohimbine and went all crazy cardio donkey on the stationary, and that was with small dosage.

People talking about fad diets to loose weight at work.
Errr.....I dropped a 100 freaking lbs over the last two years & you work with me every day.
I guess keeping $3 measuring cups & a $4 scale in your cube along with maintaining a myfitnesspal account is way harder & expensive than reading a $20 book full of bro-science.
Oh well.
When THAT doesn't help them I will.
If they are ready.

Yea, I dunno. I'm not going to go crazy with it. Just going to try it for a little while and see if I notice a diff.

That was me on animal cuts.
EC really only did that when I first started taking it.
Now I just don't get hungry & have an even steam of energy.

Maybe yohimbine combined with smoking = bad , usually dont react to stuff (been through alot of weird meds with the headaches with little to no side-effects)
The two week bp spike people tend to get is supposedly good for fat loss tho (increases bmr slightly)

Nerve damage/sickness in my occipital nerves (primary sensory nerves for most of your head) that affects lots of other nerves too. Basicly 24/7 headaches in varying degrees but always there.
So kinda like migraines just 24/7 along with random nerve pain spikes around the body and tons of other weird stuff

Yeah a bit different I'm only 3-5 days a week. But I know those feels bro.
It's it exclusively pain for you? Or do you get the full sensory assault as well? I'm curious.

Mostly its just pure pain, but some days it likes to throw in dizziness, confusion, extreme fatigue, nerve pain in various body parts etc. think last count I was up to like 26 different things that have happened along with the pain in the last 3 years.
But on the bright side, nothing makes the pain worse nor better of course. But no light sensitivity, noise etc. that comes along with migraines etc. and thankfully heavy exercise dont make it worse.

You need to make a thread. You've overcome a lot. I could see you staying fat and going the FA route and you chose not to. Dead srs. You could be motivational to a ton of ppl in your situation, or, even not in your situation....

That's good that you don't have triggers or assailants but damn that must suck 24/7. I like having days "off" lol. Then again I would like to hit the gym without drugging myself after.
I think I'll keep my stroke meds and dark rooms though, no offense.

None taken, I would take migraine over this any day. Being able to pop a pill when you feel it coming and laying down to avoid the worst of it sounds like a dream to me
Having no triggers is nice, but when it comes with the cost where even morphine dont dull the pain its a pricey one. Only thing that worked was getting 5ml of anesthetic injecting directly into the 2 occipital nerves, but in the end that caused more nerve damage so they had to stop. Amazing pain on getting a needle shoved into a already sore nerve and spread in a fan motion while hearing the needle scrape on the bone of yer skull tho.

Not anymore, they ran out of meds for me to try a year ago. Sort of relief in a sense, because some of those meds really **** up yer mentality.
