The current photo has no pump before photo is pumped, so nice to hear chest has increased. Fat gain been pretty minimal so far i think, heavy bloating at times tho.Still working hard on core to try even it out compared to chest, whenever I take a front photo with overhead lighting I get that shadow since chest is huge compared to upper part of obliques.
Edit: gym upgraded today, got another 120lbs of oly plates so can finally keep on increasing the deadlifts without using carabiner hooks and chains to add on regular plates

so tempted to go on PSMF just so I can troll one of the many "1200 cal's" bro-science convention threads on MFP.
