Got it. Thanks. The Newman's own is kinda crappy, and Kashi(sp) isn't much better.

The irony in your post is quite amusing. Good luck with your cycling and non PCT goals of 2013 kid.

One thing I've noticed is that these people have to be lying about what they are eating still. The changes that they made and at their sizes they should be losing weight even faster. They seem to be averaging about 1.5 pounds a week. The biggest loser, one of the big guys lost more weight in a week than they have in 3 months.

Haven't posted in a while. Been busy.
I've started off this New Year with a bang. Switched up my routine, and now cutting around 10lbs until I don't feel porky again. How is everyone doing?

There's a show in the UK called Supersize vs Superskinny, and the patients often talk to bed-bound Americans (you guys still hold the bar up, sorry) and visit them as one last wake up call. One episode it zoomed on the fridge and freezers of these people, and yeah, they're lying. Cheesecake heaven.

I ended up stopping too...it is very VERY depressing. Felt horrible for a lot of them...can't say that they just got fat because of not having willpower. There's obviously many other factors attributing (mental issues especially). One of the women just seemed straight up uneducated and like it was normal to get that fat (think it was the woman who lost a toe to diabetes and the others were soon to follow). Sadly, it does seem normal here in the South. The very first thing I noticed when I got off the plane in ATL after being in Europe for 7 years was how FAT everyone was! It blew my mind! And there was long row of fast food places lining the hall you had to walk down to connect to other flights. I never seen anything like it before. It was completely shocking. Didn't realize how bad it had got while I had been gone. It seems like being fat is the rule and fit the exception in a lot of places. Really scary...and super sad.

Nobody entered the guess what Moore's doctor is going to say contest. : (
No but srs, inb4 you're too young or something stupid like 200mg every 2 weeks.
Yeah I'm "too young"(notrly), but by not giving me that you're making me run on 240 total test and 24 free test. What's better? Nomsayin? I'm basically already broke besides fertility. (And even that's a maybe)

I don't think he will send you to Murray State.. like Serp said your diet is a huge factor (losing 100 pounds in a year) but I don't know if you even told him that you are in a deficit so who knows.
I don't really know how T therapy works or different options so its tough for me to make a guess.

I haven't been in a deficit since 3 months.
And it's not sending me to Murray State, it's a dosage given to reflect normal production. The only downside is it's exogenous and shuts down your own production, which is why there's hCG. And then with that Test and hCG your E2 might rise, which is why there are aromatase inhibitors.
