I'm so not of your generation. I was told to breathe deeply, sit down and place my head between my knees/lower than heart level to get blood flowing back to my brain until I relaxed and the fainting spell passed... I had the occasional fainting episode through high school. I'd feel numb, light-headed and see black/snow static, but I was instructed to spot the signs early before passing out - the static and light-headedness. After sitting like that for a minute or two things would normalize and I'd go about my business.

So after doing some more research on PSMF, I've decided to do a modified PSMF. Yea yea I know everyone modifies it...so what. sue me. LOL;
Basically, I'm not terribly obese so it's probably not a good idea for me to follow it exactly. Secondly, I still want to be able to lift..so I'll need a few extra calories. also I don't want to screw with my metabolism, enter ketosis, or messup my hormones, so I'll be ingesting a modest amount of fat..
I've decided that I'm going to be eating around 1200 calories for the next 4-6 weeks. I'll be writing all my foods in here for fun..and It's going to be wicked straight forward and wicked brotastic..(brotastic meaning bro foods)..
He shouldn't be eating that low with that low of LBM. My opinion..but we aren't going back down this path.

As the op of that thread said, the book is much better, but this little video might entice you to read it. In one chapter the author dissects AA and gives his take on what's actually happening/why it works. (Edit: The AA bit is not covered in this video.)
That shyt was sick when they shot the saline flush into my veins. It must have passed through my lungs or heart pretty concentrated because I tasted it and smelled it. : DDDDDDDDDD
