It's also available on YouTube, man. Pretty freaking awesome and really, really inspirational. What amazed me was how quickly the changes happened. Tells you that if you want it badly enough, you can get it. The dude just gave it all for a while there -- initially, the changes are slow in coming but once he gets into beast mode, it gets awesome.

That's a good documentary. Worth the time.

Hey, who is? They call us Mass*holes for a reason.
I work in Cambridge and downtown Boston, and travel a lot, so it's good to be close to the airport. And the wife goes to school in Cambridge, so it's a very convenient location. Honestly, we don't drive much -- just take the train everywhere, much easier around these parts.
I was complaining about how last winter was so nice and warm, and now, this winter seems to be making up for it.
Pull out one decent sized sheet of aluminum foil. Nonstick spray in the center, then chicken breast. Fold foil over, crease. Fold over each side, crease. Makes a sealed packet. Cook for 30-50 minutes at 350.
Juicy as fawk.

Looking forward to watching it. I tried to find it on youtube so I wouldnt have to wait for dvd, only could locate trailers. I don't mind paying for it as the dude spent a lot of time and money making the production for others to enjoy and learn from.

I don't blame you I'd love to live in the city, take the T everywhere. Got a lot to see and do. But I like my space
Complain about last winter? I've had my fingers crossed for months. It's actually been pretty mild this year so far. The temps are dropping but at least it hasn't snowed too much. Only had to shovel twice so far. Good winter in my books.

There is no way it beats stir fry chicken breast...like mine slightly pan seared for a flavorful crispy crust with juicy meat in the middle. Put that on noodles, rice, salad, even cook with stir fry green beans...makes food 10x more exciting.
I used to not know how to cook either. Started watching the cooking channel and experimenting...am very decent now.
seared meat is the chit in ramen btw. ate that pretty much everyday as a kid.

Well, we have a nice place in Cambridge, so I really like the fact that everything is so accessible -- there's even a 24/7 Gold's Gym about a mile from my house that I could walk/bike to! Although I do prefer driving there in the winter. The best part is that all the restaurants in and around Boston or Cambridge deliver here.
You're right about the temperature, but my otherwise heated driveway is now iced ever since the heater coil died. I haven't had a chance to fix it yet, so I just have this really narrow driveway that's completely frozen over and I haven't had a chance to clear it yet. And street parking in Cambridge is a joke, so I'm really not too keen on driving anywhere. Our backyard is also in a similar situation, so I'm really, *really* wary of stepping there lest I fall on my ass. Ah, well.

Sounds like you got it made there. You gotta be careful with some driveways icing over. My GF and I just moved into a new house here. The drive way is sloped right, I didn't think much of it at the time. But I parked on some fresh snow took the groceries in and went to nap. Got a call maybe twenty minutes later... My car had slipped out the drive way and into the middle of the street lol. Mind blown. Luckily my street is faily quiet.
But anyways if you catch wind of any BB related events going on in the area hit me up. I'd love to head down, meet up.

I want to be leaf he didn't use hormones, but It's kind of iffy.
Edit: Then again he's pretty small on stage.
The changes he made from 1-2 weeks out till he got on stage were phenomenal. I don't know how he did it. Looks like he lost 2,3, or even 4%bf in those last 1-2 weeks.
thanks for this, i saw the first 2/3 of it awhile back but couldnt find the ending anywhere. chit's insane. i really wanna cut now lol.

Sometimes I get frustrated and write replies that sound harsh. TRUST ME, if I'm replying to your thread it's because I actually care about your progress. So don't take it personal.

Fortunately, I have a garage, so there's incentive to actually not park in the driveway -- which is good, because I'm sure my car would have slid down as well.
And absolutely -- sounds good. Or perhaps even grab a beer or two sometime. Cheers, man.
And in other news, destroyed it at the gym today. I usually get really tired halfway through my workouts, so today I took a bottle with a scoop of the P90X Recovery Drink with me. Oh man, that sh*t was awesome. I felt so energetic throughout my workout -- it was awesome. Today was upper body, and I killed it. I kept going and going and going and did not feel tired or exhausted, even after everything was done.

I wish I'd done this ages ago.
