Must be the time of the year. I am beginning to feel a little below the weather myself. Doesn't help that I got up early this morning to clear the snow off our sidewalk and driveway.

Serp, you seem to be associating posture with flexibility, which need not be the case at all.

Nope. I have both. Everything about posture, musculature, etc...that she learned in her class. I know already and have known for quite some time. Im bigger, stronger, faster, smarter, so i ALREADY know this stuff, im not a normal guy who just posts here...i actually learn stuff. This is all common knowledge for those who dont just "work out".

While I have been fortunate enough not to have got it in recent years, I don't think I have been more miserable in my life than I have with a couple bouts with the stomach flu. Except maybe the one and only time I met Jose Cuervo.
The first time I recall getting the stomach flu I was in high school. It's full-fledged arrival was shortly after I had eaten a cheeseburger and strawberry milkshake, and even though they had nothing to do with the illness (I knew something wasn't right beforehand), it was several months before I ate anything like a hamburger and literally years before I'd consider a strawberry milkshake again.

Hmmm I just ate some ice cream and other junk... but starting tomorrow I'm going to eat 100% clean, plenty of proteins, keep calories low for my cut and try to maintain all my LBM and improve my stamina with more cardio. I've got a great solid base now just need to get rid of the fat. And I'm definitely going to eat 0 food when I visit my mother, maybe just bring protein powder with me to make a shake. Cos I always cheat on my diet when I visit her (wtf why can't I control myself in my family's house? I used to when I lived there).

You realize from the back when you bring your chest up, it looks exactly from the back as what you mentioned i dont have right? The spine curves foward, as does the abdominal wall.
Chest up =/= bad posture
bad posture = bad posture
chest up = chest up
You should reread my post on how girls take pics and guys say they have lordosis.
i guess slouching when relaxing on a chair is poor posture too right? Nobody is going to make a 100% effort to care about what others think of their perfect posture. Again, not bragging, i know more about this stuff than you and its like the guy at the gym who can squat 135 lbs trying to give advice to a guy who is squatting more than that and the dudes bodyweight (unsolicited advice).
With your logic if i take a pic of myself slouching while eating food, i have poor posture.

^^^ lol, you would. Slouching is bad posture. Doesn't mean you always slouch, but it doesn't make it good just because its not constant.
But I feel you with girl taking a 6 week course and proclaiming to be an expert.
My perspective is I looked exactl like that, thought I had good posture and that it was just how my body looked, was strong, was educated, and got hurt. I corrected what I was convinced didn need correcting.

Finding myself agreeing here.
You can't truly get an accurate feel for someone's posture from one pic and a shot from the back at that...
Serp's a pretty smart guy and very analytical of himself and potential faults...I'm sure he knows whether he stands up straight or not.
Brb, doing a PT course for a few weeks so I can diagnose everyone's nutritional / physical ailments.

Ok, furbe's are evil!
My kid got one for Christmas.
Tossed some batteries in & yep, it's annoying. LOL!
They went to their mom's for a few days so I tossed the thing in the tote with their other loot, came home from my parents & forgot about.
Yesterday my kid is looking for it, I dig it out & motherofgod.jpg.
It had fire in it's eyes, was shaking & sounded like it was fricken possessed!!! WTF?!?!?
It honestly had me a little scared. LOL!

I dont need to take a pic to know what i already know. Im not stupid, i dont just post on a forum and work out, im someone who is into the mechanics of the body and what it is capable of. I can look at someones shoulders and see if they have a weak serratus anterior causing winged scapula or other issues just like a trained "professional".
PTs always tell people to strengthen things...and that is fine, but that is for normal folk who are inactive. Ok so i have patella femoral syndrome and i would get told to strengthen my vastus medialis. Before i was injured i could do double bodyweight squat and 2.5x bodyweight deadlift, do i REALLY need to get stronger? No, because that wont fix crap and my legs are already bigger and stronger than 99% of the general population.
