    Any tips on how to create a menu out of this?

    I have my BMR, calories and macros all set I'm eating 3 meals since I'm trying out IF. I'm just having trouble meeting these macros I always end up with too many cals and not enough carbs and way to much protein whenever I try to put something together. I don't think I can embed the picture of my chart yet so I would appreciate if somebody could please do it for me. Thanks in advance for any tips.

    But it sounds like you're focusing on the wrong macros.
    Focus on hitting your protein and fat macros first, then use whatever calories are left on foods you enjoy.

    Carbs are non-essential.

    Train consistently, move iron with purpose, eat well, sleep well and achieve.
