Hello,
I started the CKD diet Dec. 3rd. I skipped the load day the first weekend. So this is my first load day. i started after the gym on friday. All week I have never consumed more than 30g carbs everyday and followed my fat and protien to a tee from an article on here. I have lost 4 1/2 pounds already so all is good. My only concern is that when I used a keto stick this morning to test for ketones it has come up negative. Is the carb load going to do that. I thought it would keep in ketosis the whole time. Is this normal to have negative results on carb load days? Or should I just not carb load again for a few weeks? Thanks in advance for your help.
