I'm 23 years old, 188 cm high and 95 kg.
I started doing keto last year in february and kept doing it till june. I went from 120kg to about 95kg. I'm now at about 22% bodyfat and I would like to start doing keto again in february (because till then I'm on the stronglifts 5x5 program to gain some strenght and muscle). My goal is to get ripped at about 12-13% bodyfat.
The problem is that I'm working night shifts from 11pm to 7am and I don't really know how to aproach this. When should I have to eat, how much sleep do I have to get (given that I do not sleep during the night)? Will my body recover as it did before? Do I need supplements? What should I eat during the night on my break?

I work nights as well and started Keto due to my adult onset epilepsy. I take hard boiled eggs, cooked chicken breast, pork rinds, etc to work. I get plenty of sleep during the day but I really need to get blackout curtains to simulate night (like what they use in hotels). When do you lift? I try to lift after I get off work but sleep takes priority so I haven't been able to stick to a lifting routine I have 3 kids so lifting after I wake up is not an option for me.---------------------------------------
