    Chicken Thighs

    I have the nutritional information per 4oz. Is this the weight bone in or bone out for nutrition? How do you weigh your chicken thighs?
    Is wine not an essential macro?

    It depends. I weigh them with skin and bone raw then cook

    I always buy boneless and skinless. pretty solid macros tbh and so much juicier than breasts. IIRC they are like 8/0/22 per 4oz (raw)...so to answer your question I personally weigh them raw without the bone or skin (and I try to cut off any big streaks of fat I see)

    I kind of have the same concern with avocados. I've been weighing it with the skin and seed included. Not sure if I should be.

    but i want to eat the skin... i will weigh bone in and calc my macros that way...why would i get rid of the delicious skin?!?! that is a WASTE!!!

    this site shows the difference in calories for:

    thigh with skin bone removed

    thigh with skin with bone

    Should be easy to calculate calories with or without bone from there

    EDIT: if you choose how many grams your own thigh weighs, the site calculates calories with bone removed. So remove the bone and then weigh
