A-Chest Triceps
Cb Press 4x12-10-10-8
Cb Fly 4x12-10-10-8
Inc Cb Press 4x12-10-10-8 (I know a bit too much cable (: )
Cb Triceps extensions 4x12-10-10-8
Lying z-bar triceps extensions 4x12-10-10-8
One arm dumbell tri. ext 4x12-10-10-8
B-Back Biceps
Lat pull down 4x12-10-10-8
Seated row 4x12-10-10-8
One arm row (Close grip) 4x12-10-10-8
Lying cb curl 4x12-10-10-8
dumbell curl alternate 4x12-10-10-8
z-bar curl (wide grip) 4x12-10-10-8
C
One arm db SLR 4x12-10-10-8
Z-bar front raise 4x12-10-10-8
Cb press 4x12-10-10-8
Cb squat
Need some more exc. for legs that i can do at home if you have any in mind
REST
REPEAT
(I also do 10-15 mins of spinning after most of my workouts)
