hello everyone this forum has helped a lot and i got my diet plan for bulking! so thank you all.
now i need a routine but i only have dumbbells and a bench and a pullup bar.
i wanted to know if it is better to do a routine wher you train different body parts daily, or a routine where you do a couple exercises for each body part and repeat the same routine the next time.
also if some one is so generous enough, can ome one create me a good lifting plan tat includes only using dumbbells and a pull up bar.

ps. had my first home made weight gainer sgakee, not bad.
