My misguided reference was aimed more towards being in gear. We have had the talk that you are training with very good lifters and that learning gear use from them is great....but man....raw work must be a priority. Then you get to relearn the gear because you are much stronger.

I know you're competing in teh SPF but I'd make sure you're able to hit actual depth in briefs only. When you throw the suit on over that, you're gonna be skyscraper high. And you don't have the credentials to where you're gonna get your lifts passed no matter what.***Georgia Crew***

So finally got my knee checked out. Patella Tendon sprain, and LCL sprain. Da Fuq. I still try to squat on it though, but maybe I should be cautious. Squatting tomorrow though, but may be skipping my max rep set
