I never liked anything less then 20". I can still easily bend my wrist with any 12" wrap I've tried including hybrids, convicts, and strangulators. 20-24" seems to me like a decent length to still easily and quickly wrap a cast with out getting too annoying like the next jump up to 36".
Convicts are my favorite wrist wrap but I'm really liking the THPs right now and have become my second favorite wrap.My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal

I just realized that the 2 main organic/anti-gluten people on my fb are both people that never touch a weight (or do any exercise at all for that matter) and honestly don't do anything healthy outside of being organic/anti-gluten. However, they blame all the gluten rich and processed stuff they ate for the first 20-35 years of their lives for their health problems/weight gain. It's not the totally sedentary lifestyles they currently live. *sigh*
Seriously though, people eat in such a manner their entire lives and all of a sudden they read an article or watch a news special and they think "OMG, that's why I'm miserable! It's because of the evil food corporations genetically engineering better tasting foods and because of that evil protein gluten!"Celer, Silens, Mortalis - - - - - Meet Lifts: 584/385/600 @ 229 - - - - - Gym Lifts: 600/405/605

Atleast you can defriend these people or hide their posts. I can't defriend my mom. She is all about this kind of stuff. Says I eat too much meat. I eat too many egg yolks. Lifting heavy weights is bad for me. I should be doing cardio because I'm fat and gonna die young. She actually workouts though. She does like spinning class every day and lifts weights a few times a week. But it just gets annoying that every time she calls me its to tell me about some other disease she saw on TV I should be aware of or some other food that I shouldn't be eating because some article online said its bad for you.

Can't really de-friend the two people I'm talking about since they are part of a group of friends I am part of in AZ and both are married to life long friends of mine (1 male, 1 female). The dude I can rip on since he's a dude but, if I rip on the chick my buddy will get pissed and defensive of his wife. Make sense I hope? There is another chick I know that is gluten free and is married to my best friend's little brother that is off my ******** but, that's ok because everyone knows I hate her. She is a ghost-like twig of a human being.
My friends are suckers.
Spoons made them fat obviously. We should ban them!Celer, Silens, Mortalis - - - - - Meet Lifts: 584/385/600 @ 229 - - - - - Gym Lifts: 600/405/605
