You know i think i asked about this same kinda pain for my forearms a while ago and whoever helped me said forearm tendonitus too and to do curls. I do arms 1x a week now on Mondays for accessory work so I didn't think it was that just because I already do curls, but thanks anyways maybe more curls to solve this problem?

02 F150 King Ranch. 6" bds, rockstar rims, nitto mt's, true dual custom exhaust, obx lt headers, grill guade and offroad lights, X3 tuner. Still super weak though...those older engines didn't put out anything so I'm looking for a swap. I have a dream of putting a twin turbo (+ other mods) cummins 24 valve diesel in there.
