I hate Deadlifting so much

I don't know about your foam roller but the one at my gym is pretty soft. So I use a PVC pipe. And I bought a couple lacrosse balls at Dick's and some athletic tape and taped them together. That way I can hit specific and wide areas. You can put the lacrosse ball behind the scapula or behind the first rib and work it around and move your arm around from your side up to your head like a snatch.

yeah i mean i'm kind of glad i started off with a foam roller instead of going straight to PVC because my IT band and vastus medius have hella trigger points and/or are just super sensitive so i'll prob keep using that for those, but if i like the lacrosse ball i will buy two more and tape them together for spinal erectors and quads and hams, and i will probably get some PVC this summer but the only shop in town here (10k people :\) is walmart and they don't sell PVC.. i should see if anywhere else here does tho

what diameter PVC do most people get?

I got 4". I think we have a 5" or 6" in the gym. I like both for different reasons. Smaller diameter works trigger points well. Larger diameter does the same, plus lets me stretch and pop my spine a bit. It does make it harder to work glutes and legs than the smaller diameter, though.

well the foam roller i have now pops my spine just fine and i can get some arch with it pretty well.. so i'll prob go smaller on the pvc when i do.. but we'll see

If you can make it to a home depot they usually have precut sections of everything from 1"-6" and they only cost a few bucks a piece.

Those are the "world records" USSF is using. Did Magnusson do a full meet when he pulled that deadlift record? I thought he did deadlift only. But USSF doesn't have bench only or deadlift only. So someone has to do a full meet and try to break Magnusson's deadlift only world record?

Well it doesn't seem like they are cherry picking specific records. It looks like they literally copied and pasted the Men's Raw World Records (Open) off Powerlifting Watch. What they failed to realize is that PW distinguishes squats that are with and without wraps, bench that is full meet or bench only, but not deadlifts that are full meet or deadlift only. I guess they are either unaware or don't have the manpower to actually go see what the deadlift records in a full meet are. I left a comment on the page, we'll see if I get a reply.

he was on for like 2hrs this time and so many trolls were calling in especially from the area we live in it was was great. me and my bud called in like 2x each i ended asking him if thought about going to my gym for another video all he had to say was yes lol.


Edit: i was looking at meets today and only 3 scheduled so far that i saw. how many more you guys recon will be added latter in the year? 1 in jan 19-20 another march and one in may idk if i like that short amount of time. it really just depending if i can make it too those ones. just Fl btw

I found Dungeon Keeper 2 in some of my old stuff when I was visiting my family in AZ. I just realized I've played it for about 8 hours straight now. re-installing that old game was a bad idea.

Just in USAPL, you got March, June, July, July (Raw nats need to qualify), October, and December. Plus USPA, Raw United, and SPF typically put on some meets in Florida that you can look into as well. I mean, how many meets do you want?
