The Xtend Stig gave me for free like 6 months ago is still on top of my fridge half full and basically rock solid right now.

    Acutally if you are going to lift heavy and do a bunch of running, being on a bulk isnt a bad idea. I always cut out a bunch of cardio unless I am on uber bulk because i cant recover from workouts.

His little helper was doing everything(lil dude with him also struggled with 135). Now I dont think Im better then ANYBODY but if your gonna scream "light weight" you better be putting up something. Dude slaps on 315 and does 6 inch rom reps with plenty of bro help, screaming light weight at the top of his lungs before every set. Then 405, he calls me out and asks if I wana jump in and I politely declined. He then procedes to do 2 inch rom with his buddy deadlifting the weight for him. The spotter even said "man spotting you is a work out by itself" and they hi fived because of this.
    They then finished up by two man seated smith machine benching. No hate but I lost some respect for BB's tonight. I know everybody trains different and he was just a dumb @ss but still..

    CLIFFS
    -Yoked dat der BB'er rolls in with shades and an attitude
    -See me squatting and deems it necessary to hike his shorts up and flex quads in my face
    -Using buddies chalk without asking/when buddies back is turned the dude starts mad dogging
    -Puts 405 on the bench, offers me to work in, then proceeds to do screaming, 2 man benching with ROM so powerful john 98 would blush
    -Spotter says "man spotting you is a work out by itself"
    -Strong Everything
    He was so powerful. lol. All of that gear and so weak! I felt bad for his training partner because he was having him use weight that was obviously way beyond what he could successfully lift without a fulltime spotter.

    I agree. Cutting and trying to improve gpp at the same time is a recipe for lowering your total.
    If you're doing cardio or pushing a prowler often, you need to be eating accordingly.
