It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife

Wait, you're telling me frozen pizzas are not the right foods? And I don't rely on protein shakes or any supplement for that matter since I can't even remember to take them daily. The Xtend Stig gave me for free like 6 months ago is still on top of my fridge half full and basically rock solid right now.

c25k is awesome. The smartphone app is pretty handy as well. I have found a few other running program apps that arent as good. I like the pacing feature on endomondo. Helps me from being a bitch while running.
Acutally if you are going to lift heavy and do a bunch of running, being on a bulk isnt a bad idea. I always cut out a bunch of cardio unless I am on uber bulk because i cant recover from workouts.★cVc★
