I hang with sammiches and sex but I ain't gettin married for that. Dude I don't do my own laundry, ain't a chance in hell I'm washing someone else dirty draws.
I've never had a real job so apparently I don't need marriage for that either. I hate shopping! There is absolutely no reason for marriage to exists. It's completely pointless.

1. Looks like you stumble out on the walk out
2. You get down nice but as soon as you start up you are wobbling back and forth
3. elbows keep going up
4. watch your feet. toes go way up. Getting on your heels is one thing but falling backwards is bad
5. Tighter arch, tighter abs/obliques, tighter upper back, keep elbows pushing down the entire time.
Watch your stomach just before you squat. Right at 18 seconds your abs get pushed out and come back in. Keep them pushed out. Those abs should be pushed out hard from the start and the entire time. Your head is down then slams back looks like it activates the rocking back and forth as well. I would keep it pushed back the entire time.Last edited by Jason2459; 01-03-2013 at 08:22 AM.

hey everyone i got a question. i use to powerlift 4 years ago. but, i got scoliosis in the lower back and i had to stop because of that and a hammy injury. would jim wendler's routine be good for someone who wants to build muscle like a BBer? its been so long i cant remember the routine. this might be a bit O/T but i need to know. there was no stickies on routines and all that like there use to be.

is there any reason not to go with maximum length (ipf) wrist wraps? i was thinking of getting the titan THP or metal all black. seeing the video for wrist wraps on the efs website when he uses the 60cm seems like he gets enough of a wrap, but if you guys would suggest the 80 i'll get that length.. just kind of wondering from everybody. I know the titan's come in inches, so the question there is 18", 24", or 36"?
going to be using them for squat and bench
thanks

wendler's 5/3/1 is definitely not a BBing routine... nor a beginner's program. and since you are back in the game after a while, i would suggest reading the stickies and choosing a beginner's program on there such as a 5x5 program... and that is all being said if you are cleared to weightlift from your doctor
