I've used them to help with protein farts before. But I don't use protein powder much these days either, so I haven't had any need for the enzymes.

not always, there's plenty of higher (depthwise) squats lower on the rankings than my 920.

a higher level of concentration on training and not slacking off on accessories will be my focus this year.

i'm hoping it pays off.

Long time no posts bro's...just moved to WA. Today I got my gym membership at RAB Fitness. Place is amazing. Forza machines among others, deadlift area, chalk bucket, 4+ huge tires, a bunch of other SM equipment (and a group that trains on Saturdays), electronic keyed entry from 5 AM to 11 PM, Sirius radio, and best of all, only 60 members most of which are competitive in BB, PL, or SM. Dis gun be good.

Thanks dude, def gonna start fooling around with SM training even if it is just for fun and to increase work capacity. I dunno how they can afford to stay open...musta got a deal on all that equipment cuz membership is $50 a month (month to month) and they purposely don't advertise to keep membership small.

Definitely helps my lockout but fights me from chin to forehead because it's harder to duck under quickly with tight pecs.
