I think alot of people in your situation would just bench very light at meets or avoid the lift all together. How many bench only guys do you hear say they have injuries? I give you props for pushing thru the pain.
What time you going in tonight? I need you to watch my pause stuff. My Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=149612633

Decided to see the Hobbit again but this time NOT in the high frame rate (HFR). I actually enjoyed it much better this time. I was pretty dissapointed the first time I saw it and I think it was mostly due to the high frame rate visuals which many were outstanding and crisp and many other times it was distracting and too crisp to the point of making it look fake and cheesy.

Bacon wrapped steak, 8 fried eggs, hash browns, and pancakes for lunch. And I'm still hungry. I fail at eating.

The pieces that you stack under a step up board? Depends on how gently you rack it to be honest, don't wanna be the one breaking chit at the gym, I just used stacked plates and it worked fine, had the ends rest over the hole in the plates on the ground and it didn't move much.

there will be no denigration of fantasy RPG type stuff in this thread.
you don't want to see what things it could dredge up.
