    We charge trainers $15/hour to use our space. At this point it's a nice little chunk of income (~$300/week) and we have to do nothing, so it's pretty sweet.

    I didn't end up getting out of work until almost 7, then I would have had to go home to get my clothes I wouldn't have had enough time. Thought about going in my jeans and button down shirt.

    Need help guise

    I've got a bad sinus infection right now and just got put on antibiotics. Amoxicillin I think. I've got a meet tomorrow, though. Are there any adverse effects with taking antibiotics on meet day? I did some research and couldn't find anything. And I asked my doctor and all she could tell me through broken English was to drink a lot of water.

    I would think the biggest issue would be upset stomach. Take it with food and eat some yogurt or get some probiotics. I really think you'll be fine with that. Good luck tomorrow.

    I would agree that upset stomach would be the only issue I'd worry about.

    This. Just make sure to rat food when you take your meds. And make sure you finish the whole prescription, those infections will come right back in a few days if you dont.

    I had something similar happen to me during a track meet. Besides feeling terrible from the sinus infection I got dehydrated faster than normal, make sure to pound liquids if you can, but I think you should be able to compete relatively fine. I managed to set a pr in the 100 meter.

    Yeah I'm definitely going to finish my meds. I think this infection is from the flu I had last month, so I'm really ready to get this sickness stuff over with lol.
