Heh. Doing deadlifts for only singles felt fine on my back with all the frequency/volume. Now that I dropped the frequency and doing reps, my lower back is getting pretty sore.

Anybody in here know how sealing arrest records works? Like can the FBI open sealed records for full background checks?

I'm fairly sure they can, especially if it involves security clearances.

lulz. I'm taking a break from that game. I'm a hardcore TD player and I've finally had enough of the completely fukked spawn system and the lag compensation bs. Went through 2 controllers this week after I went for about a year without breaking one. Might give the game another try in a month or so but fukk, treyarch really fukked this game up.

Pretty much this. Lift your elbows and set the bar as far back as you can. Your center of gravity is slightly in front of your heel and you want to get the bar over that center of gravity in order to keep your torso vertical.

Have you been arrested while having it and did you report it...and if not have you been up for a reinvestigation (because of the upgrade I assume yes) since not reporting an arrest?
