    I've had that same issue with front squats, I think its just from racking the bar on your chest

    I never had a single issue like that until Spring but now almost every workout I get light headed and dizzy, a few times wobbly legged, and once straight up blacked out

    I just blamed my diet. If I ate pizza and ice cream yesterday nothing bad would have happened today.

    Does anyone know some successful high frequency based lifters that offer advice to us lesser individuals?

    Not necessarily 7x a week lifters, but squatting 3x a week or so?

    Pretty much this. Lift your elbows and set the bar as far back as you can. Your center of gravity is slightly in front of your heel and you want to get the bar over that center of gravity in order to keep your torso vertical.
