Yeah, too bad I live 3hrs away from Anchorage. Kodiak is a 1.5hr drive and 12hr boat ride away.

Only works if you catch them in the act. If its more than a few minutes the dog will just be confused about why they're being hit.

I never understood this. People say they forget what they did wrong and so don't punish them. So apparently they can put their name and commands in their long term memory, but when they do something wrong they have the memory of a gold fish? And as soon as I came home and saw what happened, he knew he was in trouble and put his ears back and laid down on his side. But I don't know, I'm no dog whisperer or anything.

Probably has something to do with dogs being able to read body language and emotion. I've had my oldest dog since she was a pup(she's 10 now) and she can read me well.

It was like 38 this morning when I was walking my dog and barely raining. Now I'm at work and look outside and it is snowing. For real snow too. Took 5 months but finally I get to see some legit snow.

Well lucky you.. I got sleet, hail, snow,rain,, back to sleet ... ****ing rained on agin and then huge ****ing snow flakes! All in a 40 min run! I think God's just trying to piss me off this morning!

I'm sorry but I have a hard time believing it. Mendy was one of the most disappointing posters I've seen on this site (on the misc specifically if people didn't know he made an appearance for a few months last year). He signs up, posts a spoon pic, every gets awared on who he is, and gets excited. He then started to make all these statements about things he was gonna do, but then never followed through on them at all. First he was gonna bench 1100 in gear at some fit expo, but then he said he got sick and it ruined it. Next he said he was going to try and break his previous rep PR raw with 365, which was supposed to be like over 50 reps - again never happened. I think there was one more thing but I can't remember off the top of my head... All the while he tried to push his (or maybe it's his friend's) chitty supplement line. It would be awesome if he did do it, but I just don't think he has it in him anymore personally.

I'm a little skeptical too to be honest.

People keep telling me I should get a zercher harness but I don't really see the point.. I zercher squat prob 90% of the time. Let me know how you like it?

Sure, I should have it for next week. I have poverty delts so whenever I go over 350 on fronts it magically turns into a Zercher during the ascent. I really want to start hammering fronts as it seems all these big squatters have used them with great success.

I get this knot in the crease of elbow, like fluid, when ever I do zercher squats. I can roll out the area with a tennis ball and it goes away in about a day. It's like a 1/2 or so from the bar sits on my arm. People keep telling me if I get a harness that want happen. But I don't that it's really a big deal though. It doesn't hurt.

You'll like it. Who's did you get? I got a westside front/zercher and had to raise the bottom part up higher then normal as it was way to low for me. Had to cut out a little of the padding and just using one bolt right now. I plan on drilling another hole on top and using the second bolt. I got it mainly for the Zerchers. I like doing them for reps either squats or even better pulls from 4-6 pins. Use a bar you don't care about though as it will scratch it up a little.

I did. I even bought the Titan front squat straps. Shiity mobility + tiny delts = No go.
