Well I'm not sure your point came across right. There's a big difference between someone with healthy kidneys taking creatine and someone with damaged kidneys taking it. Creatine it self doesn't cause kidney problems in healthy people, it does however tax the kidneys so it's safe for people with kidney problems.
I think the original post read to peeps in this thread as a warning against taking creatine, as if it caused your problems. Which it doesn't sound like.

This is like the same argument when people say cholesterol causes heart attacks.
Also, is it snowing lots over there? Came out of the gym after my bench PR and it was snowing a bit, though not much of it is sticking to the ground. Took my doggie outside since he's never seen snow, he was a bit confused trying to dodge it and sh!t.1372 @ 205

Well most of the studies are pretty clear that creatine really only be used in healthy individuals. but that applies to alot of supps.
We had a nasty mix of snow and rain early today but it passed around 3 today. My dog loves the snow he goes crazy. I might be in Tulsa Saturday. I have to go to Texas and I might have to stop and pick up a mate in Tulsa before I go. It's not certain yet though..

Awesome, idea of a mono alternative in a power rack if you have at least one other person to train with.

I don't disagree....but if you have an issue with squat form that you are trying to correct, pushing your squats can do less for you overall by reinforcing bad habit that performing reps that will help you over the course of a couple months. In this case you have to ask which is worth more. Short term satisfaction, or long term benefit?
