Thanks.
Lol....I guess that happened because my camerawomen/gf found it necessary to rotate the camera throughout the entire competition.
They upped weights for the HW class on the medley a lot. Something like 35-40 lbs on the sandbag and 100-150 lbs on the sled. The LW guys were doing alright, but nobody really did that well pushing the sled in the HW class. When you add that much weight on a sled that is being pushed on artificial turf....it takes much more force to push it than it would on concrete/asphalt.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

I pushed a prowler on turf at my gym before we got rid of it and it was terrible. The turf moved so I couldn't get any good friction for a good push and the damn prowler kept getting hung up on the turf that bunched up in front of it. I think I only had around 200-250lbs on it, so I don't even know how bad 500lbs would feel.

I play way too much Black Ops 2 and you may have had the pleasure of entertaining my drunken criticism on Xbox. Gt: Meat Potato
I got the game after Christmas and it's treated me fine so far. Every once in a while I join a game late that's spawn trapped but it's more rare now than in December. Lag comes and goes like any other game but is usually good on my end. Maybe they've been working at it?445/365/525

Terrible, thanks for asking.
About twice the soreness of an event day coupled with an insatiable appetite for any food around. Should be back to normal in a few days though. Training resumes Wednesday with light pressing, Thursday with light squatting and Saturday with events. Monday begins more awesomeness in Cube form.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

Ever have one of those days where you bench sucks so bad you want to drop the bar at lockout and let it crush your skull so you'll be put out of your misery?

I crave bacon and pancakes everyday....
Kinda. I started out with the Cube after Lilly posted about it in his log, before the book came out. Talked to a few people and came up with something very similar to what is in the Cube Method for SM, but a couple differences. That said, I am going to add in the agility and conditioning days that Thigpen recommends. I need them both pretty badly and it is only 20-30 minutes out of a couple off days.
I also may add an additional day to the weekly split to give me a second pressing day. I haven't quite nailed that down yet, but I want to have a heavy clean and press day using a push press/jerk technique and another day with strict press/bench press/more accessories. I may C&P on squat day if I can make it make sense in my head.Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593
