I felt EFS was pretty short with me when I emailed them about their wrist wraps falling apart the 2nd time I used them. They did send me another pair, but they definitely weren't the nicest customer service reps I've dealt with.
All I have to say is Demon's Souls and Dark Souls. Come at me bro!!!

lol you mean on the bar or my bodyweight? Thanks man. Tell Dan I'm comin for him lol.
Yeah I noticed after 315 that my triceps would kinda give out on the bottom of the descent and the weight would kinda drop onto my chest. I never have that problem with under 315 though. As for keeping my hips up, I'll have to try and be more conscious of that. My glutes get really sore doing ME benching because of staying tight in my lower body (srs). Seems like this is related to keeping the hips locked up and not being able to when my glutes are sore lol.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Elitefts definitely has a better selection and quality of product overall, but the site is such a POS and there are literally no specs for 90% of their products. That and the fact that shipping is like $9000 and 6-8 weeks on half their stuff, I ended up ordering my power rack from Rogue.

How about getting woken up to a screaming girlfriend 6 hours before you first class telling you that she (I) have to drive to a town 30 minutes away and pick up something from the pundit (hindu priest) before his flight back home. By the time we get there he already left, get back to school, car is running on E...

02-06-2013, 11:20 AM #4277It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife

My truck has a low fuel light and it says that bikes are silly....unless they have in excess of a 1200 cc engine.

Perhaps at 5'7" 160 lbs you may not get that there are other things to look for in vehicles other than that European style performance stuff....such as a wide enough seat, leg room and not having to ride with alligator arms. Straight lining is nice and relaxing anyways. If I want a thrill....there are many other options.
