Yea I'm trying to see what kind of competition is down there for a strength gym. I guess they are a private gym so that might be why they don't have an address. They got a FB with some pics of the gym.

southside barbell is invite only too I think in Lake worth. Theres A LOT of private small gyms down here actually if you look hard I found quite a few in south broward. Lot of that has to do with the football talent and pro athletes down here and theyre all super ****ing expensive.

I guess there is money to be had there. The only strength gym in Miami I know is full of high school football kids but the owner doesn't charge any of them. Cuz he knows most of them don't have money to pay. He's getting his name out there though because some of them are making it to the next level. I think one is a 3 star and supposed to sign with FSU this year. A couple of the girls who bodybuild/powerlift there are on the Juggernaut team now. And he's had Louie Simmons come there and give a talk. I guess he makes enough off his main job to not care about training a bunch of people for free.

That gym looks nice looking at the pics its like its missing something though. Broward compared to in Palm beach has so many good gyms.Maybe you guys collab with stig and make a gym in Palm beach sexy guys.

They also have what looks to be a 6-board, also srs business.

There are like 1500 federations here and will vary widely based on where you live. Hell even the ice cream truck drivers union has their own fed.

I'm heading over to Hungary for the GPC Worlds in September, super excited! (mostly scared though, haha)

From what I can see on here, seems its a LOT bigger over there than here in Aus, my gym is one of the only PL gyms in my state!

Theres a few bigger feds that are more widespread. USAPL, USPA and SPF are a few of the big ones, but there are a couple I know I am forgetting.

just called this guy. Instead of opening a nice awesome PL gym, it will be a boot-camp/group fitness/crossfit style private gym (also one on one) which is what 90% of the gyms in south fl are. So gay.

He does want to setup a deadlift/squat saturday crew but its so far (ft lauderdale airport) I could buy a texas deadlift bar with the gas money i'd spend driving down there for a few weeks.

I guess that is the way to go. You can cut your overhead down by having the gym closed except for when u have the private classes. Oh wells.

Have you checked out the gyms on the usapl list? Or the plwatch/violent pl list a lot of gyms in ft. Lauderdale/pompano

I'll look when not on phone but prob same ones I been to. Just lift and university fitness, others on pl watch list were private athletic gyms Like I discussed

Graston broke up a lot of adhesions and scar tissue in the arm I broke, particularly around the palm and wrist area.

How long did it take, what were side effects, have you used it on any other areas?

Apparently they gonna start hosting RPS meets, so I guess they have good equipment and maybe some strong lifters.

Not im not angry, and didnt mean for that to come out that way. I just hate commercialism on 'nerdism' here lately. I was a nerd before that **** was cool lol.
