Avoid stairs at all costs.
Rubbermaid totes are easier than boxes.
Take your favorite recliner, leave the couches. Buy new ones from a place that will deliver for you.
Make sure you have toilet paper readily available during the move. It must be ready at the new place while also being left at the old place.

Improve my total every time I step on the platform.
Being a male is a matter of birth. However, being a "man" is a matter of choice.

Different flavors for different folks.
You see everything from Poundstone in tennis shoes to work boots. I wear New Balance Minimus shoes for pretty much everything. Oly shoes for overhead. Something like a sled drag or truck pull would benefit from a rock climbing shoe. Hiking boots, vibrams and Nike Frees are all rather popular?Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

Last time I had a quick move, I got a sh*tty apartment and a storage unit. Backed right up to the storage unit and threw everything in there for a couple months. Took pics ahead of time/during and sold most of it on CL. The rest I either held onto at the nicer apartment, or threw away.

So on Sunday I was supposed to start Smolov in preparation for a powerlifting meet I wanted to attend in April. I did something and screwed up my hip flexor, and it hurt to walk. I rested until today, and then went back into the gym and tried some squats. Had to stop squatting early because of how much pain I was in.
Then I decided I was going to do some benching, and I’m pretty sure I partially tore a tendon at the origin of my left front delt. So basically I cant squat or bench for a while so this **** heals, which means theres no way I’ll be able to hit the numbers I want for my first PL meet, which means I’m pretty much ****ing depressed and pissed off.
I’m debating on just being a jackass and deadlifting until my ****ing back breaks.
****.

That's what I'm working towards...maybe one day. If you knew how he trained you'd be jelly as fuark. He also JUST started pulling conventional again after a glute injury which caused him to pull sumo for several months.
The weight classes in the OHP contest suck ass. 165-190 is ridiculous. No way I'm cutting for a misc content, guess i've got 2 months to gain 20lbs loltrying to get strong again
