Never broke mine, but I was born with a severely deviated septum. Finally got it corrected several years ago. They just went in and removed a bunch of cartilage. Surgery only took a couple of hours. Recovery was a bitch, though.
Wheels? Handle? How about you get strong enough to actually carry your own damned gym bag? It's bad enough nobody in airports carries their damn bags any more (I swear to God, the next time I travel I may punch the **** out of the "men" I see rolling a carryon behind them). Do we have to bring that **** into the gym too?

already peppered my angus... just looking for feedback on my deadlifts. always trying to learn
things i notice:
i may try starting a tad bit lower and see how that helps the following
my hips shoot up a bit before the bar moves... i need to be a little bit more patient off the floor
i feel like some of my lockouts look kind of weird... idk how to explain it
also, hamstrings were still not fully recovered from squatting if you think anything wrong could have been accentuated from that

i actually thought about it and took your advice. while taking the last of my father-in-law's stuff to his storage unit i noticed he had some old seabags. it doesn't have any handles, but there's some rusty chain in the back of my truck that'll work just fine. can't wait till all the guys at the gym see how alpha i am...
fixed...
hey thanks!

Or you could, just, y'know...use the shoulder strap and cloth handles present on most gym bags and carry the damn thing. My meet bag, packed to the gills with suits, wraps, liniments, prehab stuff, and a bunch of other things is heavy but I somehow seem to manage to carry it AND a large carryon AND a small carryon simultaneously, AND a full backpack. The meet bag in one hand, the other two in the other, and the pack on my back. Probably around 80-100lbs altogether, not including the pack. If/when I have other bags, I either make another trip, or have someone else get them.
Surely you can manage a gym bag, which does not need to contain everything you own, from the car to the gym and back a few times a week without relying on ****ING WHEELS. Even if you had 200lbs of chain in the thing, which I doubt you do, you should be able to manage to carry that short distances using the straps on a normal bag.
I mean, seriously. You're defending being unable or unwilling to carry your ****ing gym bag to and from the car. Do you also smoke while riding the escalator to the gym entrance?

That looks similar to the rack we've got our Crepinsek attached to. If it is, I find it's wide enough, but not deep enough...on box squats it's not uncommon that I hit the rear uprights. As to width, I don't have a super-wide stance, either. It's certainly more than shoulder-width, but it's not extreme, and my toes usually wind up under the bottom crossbeams when I go wide, and toes touching them when I don't.

i'm not understanding why you're so hyperfocused on the fact that it has wheels, as if i said i was never going to carry it by hand...i used to carry my stuff to the gym in a canvas trader joe's shopping bag and thought this was a good buy since i needed more room...you must be a sad little man to get so worked up over something so trivial...
