I'm thinking I can recitfy it without taking weight off. I've done it before. Guess the weight was so light I just felt like a boss and pulled it as fast as possible. Need to remember even if the weight feels easy 385lbs isn't light..

The outcomes are pre-determined. The physicality, while choreographed as much as possible, is often times the very antithesis of "fake". Take a bump on concrete, get hit with a chairshot, or get superplexed off a 20ft ladder, then tell me it's "fake".

Yes. It's putting you in a terrible position to both start and lock the weight out. You need to open the hips out more and get them closer to the bar.

I edited it. I took out one week of the 10's and one week of the 8's. That way I don't just jump into the heavier sets of 5. Also left out hte last single week and will jsut max at the competition the following week. That way it turns into a 9 week training program.

Strongman week 2...today will not be easy. Stones, odd carry medley, axle clean and press, deadlift medley...that could be it.

Well, he couldn't even manage to fit one book into one book (4 and 5). So I suspect they'll just take either or both of those books and turn them into multiple seasons. He's notorious for taking forever to finish a book. A Dance With Dragons took 10 years, and it was just the other half of all the stuff he intended to go into book 4. Which, from a writer's perspective, should've taken less time than usual.
