To be honest, that's pretty mild. The bites can get pretty bad if you do your belt tight. I leave my belt loose now--my form is just better that way, but when I used to tighten it a lot of squats I'd get bad bruises and blood blisters on my hips and ribs.

This x a lot.
Sucks getting it, but man it helps a ton. I had an elbow problem that I thought was a tendon issue....it was originating from something in my lat/arm pit area....sucks getting that treated, but no more hurty squat elbow.
Now I go cuz it is cheap and the ART lady is pretty hot. Preventative maintenance is good too.

I brought the notch out a hole to loosen it, sucks right around my current weight I'd like to have a setting for squat one tighter and deadlift with the looser one but screwing the back piece out and adjusting it in a workout is extremely inconvenient. I used to come home with bruises on my hips and my gf thought I was cheating on her, same goes for doing front squats...

Will inquire with insurance...I assume they cover this? Is recovery sort of immediate after treatments, because I had graston done on my forearms and it barely seemed to help.
Bout to start day drinking, been a while but it's nice outside and I'm feelin frisky.

Got the westside power bar in and not the econ. Knurling is sharp, sharper then the jesup power bar which was pretty agressive but the tips are obviously filed. I'd say kind of like a texas power bar which I don't think they file the knurling down at all or like the Ivanko. Which is perfect so I can get used to that kind of bite in case I get the Ivanko bar at the meet. The 29mm fits in my hands so much better then 32mm of the jesup so we'll see how hook grip training goes. There seems to be a bit of a wobble like around 2mm but that could be the sleeves. I'll have to rack it at home and check it but wouldn't effect the performance at all. There's also one nick at the bar's end which is kind of annoying but that's about it. Can't wait to try it out.

Speaking of that - At my next meet the 198+ male lifters don't weigh in until 12PM. I've got a girl lifting at 9AM so I guess I won't be drinking/eating very much while coaching. Should be a fun 5 hours. Fukking stuipd. inb4 I weigh in at 210

So update: apparently two of my workers are so angry and distraught that i was promoted to their boss they have interviews on Monday at different departments. They've been giving me the silent passive aggressive treatment all week while I've been having the lulz...Monday gon be good if they think they're getting away with luxuries we used to let slide...
