I failed at finding a roast pan for my brisket, so I am trying out my big skillet. Once I get a large roast pan I will get a 10-12lb brisket. 2.5lb brisket and 1lb of bacon = (hopefully) a delicious dinner.

I have a long way to go, a lot to work for, and many milestones to yet hit to even consider myself average in the PL world. I wanna deadlift 800 when I'm 21 but I have to remain focused. Very focused...

I had a bachelor party tonight too....but then I blacked out and had a seizure. Not sure what caused that because I've never had one before. Ended the party early for me.

EFS has a good chipotle recipe thats good for brisket.
