Hello Everyone!
I am Bernadett Matassa. As you all know ... As an IFBB PRO athlete my life is around nutrition , exercising and heath.
I love to compete and absolutely passionate about what I do , the best part of my life is still my job..
CHANGING LIVES.... FOR GOOD! 
I love transforming people's body,mind and health.. I've been on this field for over 12 years. I've seen , experienced, learned a lot and I still do every day.
I started out very chubby as a teenager and I've tried everything until I found the "GOLDEN MIDDLE WAY" to GET into shape and STAY in shape as well! Hard work and clean eating habits... That's all you need!
In this thread I would like to show you all how I work with my "troopers", athletes, moms, everyday folks, elderly people, children on the daily basis to be do their BEST and change theirs lives FOREVER!! 
I hope to receive lot's of questions so I can brainstorm and help you all with my best knowledge to reach your individual goals.

No rocket science behind it, just calorie deficit, cardio, resistance training and dedication, simple as but you know that all too well im sure. Little things like weighing your food, eating at the same times, having cheat meals on the weekend help aswell.
What kind of cardio do you have her doing? Ive been doing 40 minute stationary all along but will probably switch to HIIT when the fat gets tough to shift.

Awesome!
Well because she is a female I like to keep her on the Gauntlet or staimaster at least an hour 6x a week.
If you've been only doing the bike for a while I would def. switch to something more effective. Of course only if you have no major low back or knee injuries. Elliptical would be much better!

An hour of cardio 6 times a week, that sounds terrible lol, she must love you! Give me less calories and less cardio any day!

Lol. Yes! She has a short term goal so she must step up her game.. 
I always recommend at least 2 kinds of cardio to do during a week period. Our body is very smart and adopts to everything way too fast. It's true for the workouts as well. To have the max results out of your cardio you should change it up so you keep your body guessing..

This Crystal girl seems like a right challenge, dunno how your gonna get a fire lit up underneath her unless you use a scare/truth tactic. Thats what got my ass in gear, I saw all the health risks and what not and decided if I dont do it now im gonna be in deep trouble in 5 years time.
Scare the B jebus outta her!

Well Crystal is a a hard headed one but I say never too late to get on the right track....
I've been training people since I was 18... I've seen it all and love it too! I learned a lot about how to help people on different ways... She is actually responds really well for " reverse psychology"... I tell her you can't do it and she sure will get id done.. lol
I train about 10 people a day not counting boot camps..
