Today 11:00 (my timezone) took 130mg coffeine, 40mg yohimbe bark powder, 1.2g Tyrosin on empty stomach. Like many times before.
But with a difference: Yesterday i ate only 20g carbs (with 1300 calories) and hardly any salt.

Shortly after the intake i felt enthusiastic. Then: nausea, feeling cold (especially in hands and feet), very dizzy, hand having tendency to shake, feel a bit like throwing up, hard to think clearly. Feel really bad.

Tried throwing up, didn't work. Retrospect should have tried harder.

Then tried to counter by eating
9g carbs of fruit
one piece of chocolate with 12g carbs and 7g fats
12g carbs of dextrose
50g oats
100 milliliter milk
3g omega3 fat
2g bcaa
1 litre water (not at once but from morning till now)

total 30g protein, 68g carbs, 33g fat
- I don't care about macros, i just want to stop this feeling. But i already feel full.

Right now it's 14:00.
Every few minutes i lay down.

I hope / expect to feel better in 3h.
Should i take more dextrose?

Wondering what the halftime of yohimbe is

When I first took yohimbe, I had that same problem. I believe the sides lasted about 12-14 hours, but don't recall for sure. I haven't found anything that counters those sides when you first experience them. I only had 1 days worth of yohimbe sides and then they were gone for the rest of my run with the product I was using that had yohimbe in it.

Yohimbine has a pretty short life span of just a couple hours.

I use 12mg Y-HCL and sometimes slightly more at a time, only feel the effects for couple hours.

Nyrin posted a study showing its half life to be like "36m +/- 15 according to this more or less"

40mg Yohimbe is not that much

Lots of things use far more then that, the effective Yohimbine in that prob only few mg.

[The Solution]

You used too much yohimbine too quick hence the side effect.
Start at 2.5g and slowly up dose over weeks, DO NOT jump into a massive dose ASAP.
Also eating 1300 kcals is damn little,
Why are you avoiding salt too? You should be using salt to help with nutrient transportation. never cut salt ever.
