    started my bulk

    Hey guys I started my bulk 2 weeks ago and I want to make sure that I’m going in the right direction. so I weight 164 lb 5’9” I work out 5 to 6 days a week, I do cardio 2 to 3 times a week, I’m eating 5 to 6 meals a day, on work out days I eat 3600 calories, 330g of protein, 360g of carbs and 109g of fat. On my off days I eat 3100, 268g of protein, 312g of carbs and 105g of fat. If you guys need more information just let me know and thanks

    Your protein is beyond excessive for a bulk, why are you lifting 6 days a week and on what program, and why do OU eat 6 times a day?

    Wait wait wait wait wait. What is your current TDEE atm? 3600 looks really high. Looks like a dirty bulk to me, but I wanna know what's your current TDEE. Also you don't need that many protein.

    Also, why would you work out 6 days a week? You're gonna get overtraining symptoms and regress later on. And you don't need to eat 6 times a day, it is a myth. Just get your macros within 24 hours and you're good to go.

    I eat very clean, and before I started my bulk I was eating 3000 calories a day and maintaining my weight at 162 lb

    whats wrong with it? i lift 6 days a week and have been making solid gains without any signs of overtraining. Unless he's doing full body workouts 6x a week or hes 70 years old i cant see too many problems with it

    Understood. Everyone is different.

    But OP, what is your 6 day split? What's your workout plan?

    Other than that, your plan is topnotch, and your macros are good too. You've got enough fat and protein, and carbs looking good as well!

    my TDEE is 4886, and I do my daily food log on myfitnesspal.com so I don't know how correct that web site is
