Hey guys I started my bulk 2 weeks ago and I want to make sure that I’m going in the right direction. so I weight 164 lb 5’9” I work out 5 to 6 days a week, I do cardio 2 to 3 times a week, I’m eating 5 to 6 meals a day, on work out days I eat 3600 calories, 330g of protein, 360g of carbs and 109g of fat. On my off days I eat 3100, 268g of protein, 312g of carbs and 105g of fat. If you guys need more information just let me know and thanks

Wait wait wait wait wait. What is your current TDEE atm? 3600 looks really high. Looks like a dirty bulk to me, but I wanna know what's your current TDEE. Also you don't need that many protein.
Also, why would you work out 6 days a week? You're gonna get overtraining symptoms and regress later on. And you don't need to eat 6 times a day, it is a myth. Just get your macros within 24 hours and you're good to go.Retired 74kg PL Open Division (3 meets)
