    It's different for each person.. A generally accepted number for your weight would be 38g / day.

    But it really fluctuates from person to person.. If your sh*t comes out OK and looks normal, your fiber intake is good. If it's hard, consume more fiber. If it's runny, eat less fiber.

    I think the general rule is ~13-15g/1,000kcal.
