    Exclamation Need help!

I did barbell row this morning and didn't feel the contraction. Is the weight I'm using too light (40 lbs). I am wondering if I should place my hand wider, narrower or at shoulder width. Will repped, thank you.

How many sets and reps did you do with that 40 and how did you feel on the last rep? Also, try the barbell row with a supernated grip(palms facing outward), with a shoulder width grip. Not only will your back get hit hard, but your bis will to.

No one can really answer accurately without a form check vid. Also, you're young and likely very new to lifting, even if you're doing then right you may just need TUI to get that MMC under control.
