Hey, my shoulders are definitely a weak point. Got any good shoulder training advice? (Exercises, training frequency, routines, etc.)

Have in mind that shoulders are 3 parts.
Front , middle , and back.
Hitting them with some compound movements and then move to some isolation moves helps a lot.
Do this workout once a week.
Arnold press(×3):
_10 reps
_8-10 reps
_6-8 reps
Military press(×3):
_10 reps
_8-10 reps
_6-8 reps
Front raise(×3):
_10 reps
_8-10 reps
_6-8 reps
Lateral raise (×3):
_10 reps
_8-10 reps
_6-8 reps
Bent over dumbell swing back (×3):
_10 reps
_8-10 reps
_6-8 reps
This workout will insure shoulder development by developing the front and side head and your rear deltoids.
Go easy on the rear deltoids exercices, they are hard to add weight on.
The key to growth is consistency.
Consist in anything and it will give results.
Good luck OP.
