few question here:
1.What do you think about zyzz training routine for MASS?..( building muscle "hypertrhophy") for ectomorph bodytype ?
I cant lift so heavy, Im still skinny and gotta work more to be able to lift high on deadlift etc.
2.Why does he do deadlift on BACK day ? isnt deadlift work harder on your hamstrings then on ur back ?
3.after deadlift he does bent over rows, is it to much aswell when ur trying to mass? you wont be able to lift so heavy here.
( overall. this workout routine is for mass? or simply cut? )

progressive overload is the key to getting stronger and gaining muscle. if you care more about strength than gaining muscle size, maybe go to the powerlifting section for advice. if you want to gain size and muscle, just eat enough to grow and use whichever rep range you like, just lift heavy and aim for progression on a weekly/monthly basis.
