Here I compare 5/5 sec vs 10/10 sec.
It went 4 kg down instead of 4 kg up, so it's 8 kg heavier to switch from 5/5 sec to 10/10 sec.
I found 10/10 sec to be better in many ways, so now I switched to it with my left leg too.
In my right leg I increased the weight with 6 kg from previous workout. I'm up at 28 kg with 10/10 sec now. See proof.
36 kg now. See I post proof every time. Otherwise roidmonster55 doesn't believe. When I switched from fast reps to superslow, I got amazing gains. Roidmonster tried to stop me from making gains, but I didn't listen. If I continue like this I will be pistol squatting 140 kg by Christmas.
