OP is using circular logic here.
OP: How can I get better gains with superslow?
Everyone: Superslow doesn't work
OP: But I really want it to work, so how can I make it work?
Everyone: It doesn't work
OP: I want it to work, so will someone please tell me that it does?
Everyone: It doesn't work
OP: It DOES work! I need someone to tell me that it does!
This type is best not argued with.

I asked for the explanation why I can't do many reps anymore. It's not possible that I have lost strength. Because when I switched to superslow I couldn't do a single rep! And now I'm 3 times stronger after a couple months. I notice strength improvements when I walk up stairs too, I don't feel weaker in any muscle after I started superslow, I feel stronger. But when I attempt quick reps, I can't do many anymore.

I think that to keep the explosiveness, you need to train more often. Otherwise the muscles revert to standard speed.
I have had very erratic gains with fast training, sometimes I could do 10 reps, sometimes 8 etc, it went back and forth the whole time. It never went forwards consistently. I think it's because with fast reps it's mostly the technique that decides how many reps you can do, not the strength. It's hard to measure strength with fast reps. But with superslow I know exactly how much I improve in strength, because I take technique out of the equation.

??? So you're saying that your avatar displays the results of twelve years of "training?"
A year from now, you'll post a thread just like this one, but with some other whack 'method' as the topic. And you'll still look just like you do today.
Unless your goal is to remain the same as you are or worse, stop this foolishness, head for the 'workout programs' forum, and pick a beginner bodybuilding program from the stickies, and get started. No brain, no gain.

Here's a reality check.
The only "huge gains" your body has seen training the way you do, is on your belly.
-------------------------------
OP I went from 127 to 215 pounds in <2 years not going superslow, or slow, or almost slow. You did it wrong, and you still want to do it wrong.
Get off the forums so you can go lift for once, and stop training in the dumb way you are trying to do it.
